Campfire Taco in a Skillet
What you need:
Stir in the tomatoes and beans until heated through. Remove from heat and top with cheese. Serve when cheese has melted.
The Ultimate One-Pot Camping Breakfast
What you need:
Heat the oil in the same skillet and sauté the onion and red pepper until soft. Add the potatoes and season with chilli flakes and cook until potatoes are golden, about 3-5 mins.
Add the butter and spinach and stir until butter has melted. Lastly, make 4 "wells" in the potatoes and crack 2 eggs in each. Cover the skillet and allow the eggs to cook from the heat of the campfire, to your desired doneness.
Remove from the heat of the campfire then allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving!
